Do Terrorists Wear Boxers Or Briefs?

How many days do you go without asking yourself that very question? Hmmm... Terrorists...underwear...are they loose and free radicals, or rigid and stick to one course of action? Until, pictures of Saddam Hussein in underwear were printed, we never would have known:

It's not like Husseins skivvies had large printed words like "die America" or anything on them, so how could they motivate murders?
