Is It Spring Yet? (Or Reasons To Think About Getting Fat)

Well, the monkey has been quiet of late. Busy busy busy.... But every now and then I need to make an appearance to promote public safety. While my focus of late has been on roundabouts, it's time to switch gears (ala bicycle gears).

Spring is in the air, and soon that means fresh daisies and bicycle riding! So, it's probably a good idea to freshen up on your bike safety skills before the street sweepers clear off the cinder piles and you climb back on the saddle.
