Bend Oregon based architect Chris Kryzanek (yes, I'm an architect), studied lines, scale and perspective back in design school. Some of that translates into his photography, but usually it doesn't. After winning many awards for his photos (blue ribbons at the county fair), he started to get more serious about photography. In 2008, he learned that all serious photographers use tripods, so he purchased a nice and tall tripod (since he's a nice and tall guy). From 2009 to 2010, he served as a board member for the Cascade Camera Club.

The photomonkey link on the sidebar, features photos created for weekly challenges from photography based websites. Most of those would hardly win any awards, but it helps keep the creative juices flowing. The dailybanana link on the sidebar is his blog, which can be on just about anything.
